However, there were a few issues that significantly affected my stay. The housekeeping manager was very rude and unprofessional. On one occasion, she called me to complain about dirty sheets. As a paying guest, I found this approach inappropriate and disrespectful.
Additionally, there is a problem with the hotel's respect for privacy. Even when I had the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door, I was still called or had my door knocked on multiple times. This lack of respect for guest privacy was quite frustrating.
On a positive note, the cleaning lady, Josephine, was very professional. Her work was thorough and she was always polite and respectful, which made my stay more comfortable.
Despite the issues with the housekeeping manager and privacy disturbances, the rest of the staff, including Josephine, were courteous and helpful. If the management can address these concerns, it would greatly enhance the overall experience for guests.
However, washing machine is not provided for 1 bedroom apartment. And the shared washing machine was EXTREMELY FILTHY!!! No word can describe how dirty the washing machines were. No one ever checks them. The dirt was thick that I had to clean it myself then a housekeeping staff came to clean them but did not understand what had to be cleaned in a washing machine. Please pay attention to it dear Managers of Longonot place.
The hotel also did not have mosquito repellent, two nights we had asked. Had to buy our own at 2:00am

The location is good,the place is safe and convenient for morning jogging, however i expected a smart TV to enable me to watch more channels.
