The rooms were inviting, well lit and clean. The rooms were cleaned everyday and bed linen and towels changed as often as one desired. I limited mine to every there days in consideration of our environment.
The staff were very friendly easily accessible and helpful when needed. The guards were friendly and had good knowledge on good knowledge of Nairobi and offred advise where need be. I felt safe at all times there and I could work as planned because there was internet all the time. This place is situated in the heart of Nairobi but in a quiet area away from noise and traffic, but yet close enough to take a walk to the city center. It took me about 6 minutes to walk to the city. The staff would always call a taxi for me when I needed one. I plan on staying at this property any other time when visiting Kenya. I would also recommend this property to anyone travelling to Kenya on a business trip or any other type of visit.
